Charges/Prepaid Balances/Account Activity
Simple Mobile gives you the easy choice of one price for your International Long Distance (ILD). One $10 plan. You may re-up with that plan as many times as you need during your billing cycle. However, you (the customer) are responsible for paying the associated taxes, which will reduce your total available balance by 10% for every $10 ILD re-up purchase.
Your balance will remain in your account for as long as you continue to use Simple Mobile ILD services and your mobile phone number is active on our network. If your Simple Mobile phone number goes into suspend because you have not re-upped your mobile service, your ILD funds will remain for 30 days after initial suspend and up to an additional 30 days (for a total of 60) as long as your mobile number has not been reassigned. After that period, (31-60 days or loss of mobile number, whichever comes first) and your mobile number has not be re-upped or reactivated, your ILD account balance will expire. To avoid losing your ILD balance, simply keep your Simple Mobile number active and use Simple Mobile ILD services at least once every six months.
Country Rates
Simple Mobile reserves the right to change rates without notice. Calls using our service are billed in one minute increments, with partial minutes rounded up to the next full minute. Please remember that international telephone carriers may charge higher prices to terminate calls to a wireless device or special service line in certain countries. For this reason, Simple Mobile may charge a higher rate for these calls.
